The annual celebrity Christmas bazaar at the World Trade Center will open on Friday, November 11.

“Umagang Kay Ganda” host Donita Rose said she is excited to be a part of the event again.

“Excited na excited na [ako],” she said during an interview with ABS-CBN News on Thursday.

“I’ll be there. I’ll be selling some of my things–some of them brand new, some of them slightly used. These are things na tulad nito, if I wore this once on TV, hindi ko na mauulit ‘to, so ibebenta ko na ng 50% off.”

Aside from getting back at least half of her wardrobe cost, Donita said the annual celebrity bazaar plays its part in spreading the Christmas spirit though charity work.

She explained, “‘Yung mga nakukuha ko mula noon, for future wardrobe purposes. And of course, pamasko sa ibang tao. Meron din kaming dino-donate para sa charity, so it’s all for a good cause. Everybody benefits from this–the artist, the fans, the people shopping, and of course the beneficiaries.”

Donita added that such events are a good opportunity for celebrities like her to meet and greet their supporters.

“It’s a good chance for you to interact with the fans,” she said.

The Christmas bazaar will run from November 11 to November 20. Stalls will be open from from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Other celebrity entrepreneurs expected to participate in the event include Venus Raj, Judy Ann Santos, Toni Gonzaga, Nikki Valdez, Dawn Zulueta, Julius Babao, and Cristine Bersola-Babao.

Entrance fee to the event is P50 per person, and all the proceeds will go to charity.
