Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up Shamcey Supsup finally addressed the issue between her and Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Venus Raj.

“Alam mo wala, wala talagang competition,” Shamcey told ABS-CBN News after her courtesy call on ABS-CBN executives on Monday.

“Me and Venus are different persons and we have different personalities. She’s more of the kalog…people-person type of girl. Ako, I’m more reserved at saka my interests are different. Siya into singing, and dancing ako.

“Si Venus helped me especially during my preparation [for Miss Universe 2011] she has helped me, trained me. Even if I’m older than [she is], parang I feel [like] she’s a big sister to me,” the 25-year-old said about Venus.

Shamcey also denied that she will replace Venus in ABS-CBN’s morning program “Umagang Kay Ganda.”

“Wala po, hindi po. Wala pong katotohanan ‘yon. Venus is a good friend of mine. She’s a good host and I wouldn’t speak of anything na ganoon. I wouldn’t do anything like that,” she said.

Shamcey said, she and Venus may work together in a project.

“We are still planning it all out. Kumbaga we are still trying to filter ‘yung mga projects [that] I’m going to do. So hindi pa kami sure. Wala pang definite plan,” she said.
